Business Controller/ Financial Analyst - Manufacturing (CA)

- Preparation of Monthly and YTD financial MIS of group companies.

- Preparation of Annual Business Plan of companies and group by coordinating with all functional HOD's

- Preparation and presentation of budget Vs Actuals on monthly / quarterly basis and preparation of PNL forecasts

- Preparation of Capex proposals feasibility

- Preparation of cost sheets at plant level, product level and customer level to know the respective profitability.

- Preparation of monthly cash flow statements and forecasts

- Preparation of relevant MIS packs/reports for Directors and investors

 - Measure and monitor performance (monthly, quarterly, and annually) from a global perspective to provide a short-term and long-term appraisal of the business

- Co-Own for Working Capital studies and project support of ad-hoc nature

- Lead budget appraisal and planning & Support Manufacturing plant

 - Responsible for overall financial analysis and reporting for the individual SBU and its divisions

- Track and help SBU manage its spends with in budgeted norms

- Develop dash board for each of the key deliverables of SBU and monitor against the same and guide the SBU in achieving the same by providing timely, accurate information as may be required by the SBU

- Coordinate with the team for giving them required input and support from time to time as may be required.

- Help in develop monthly LE, Quarterly LE, Annual Budgets, Projections as may be required from time to time

- Support operational expense planning and forecasting processes and models for long range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting

- Develop financial models to plan and forecast expenses

- Provide insightful variance analysis for actual results compared to budgets and prior year results for internal teams and board presentations

- Work with business intelligence tools to extract relevant data as needed

- Perform ad-hoc data inquiries as needed

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA Ist Attempt with experience of 2-5 years in a Manufacturing Environment

2. In-depth knowledge and experience of Business objects/Business Intelligence, is must.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

5. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

6. Ability to juggle many priorities and stakeholders including frequent unexpected challenges and requests.

7. Ability to work across countries/cultures
