Business Controller/Finance Controller

Job description:

- Manage the P&L for Services Business which broadly includes Equipment as a Service (EaaS), Productivity Services and After Market Business.

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual closing & reporting process.

- Month end financial analysis and MIS reporting

- Develop business models under Lease/ Operating Financing to cater to EaaS and RMA Contract Services Business.

- Manage the overall controlling function (Product & Services Business) with direct responsibility of services controlling.

- Responsible for annual business planning and budget set up process, forecasting along with CFO.

- Responsible for developing financing models through liasioning with the Banks and manage stakeholder relationships with various Banks.

- Overall support internal controls adoption for VCEIPL

- Drive process improvemnt in all flows through manual and automated improvements

Mindset and Competence:

- You are a CA / MBA with at least 10-12 years of work experience in controlling and finance function preferably in a Multinational organization.

- You have firsthand experience in leading above mentioned processes in finance, planning and accounting function with in-depth knowledge of all areas of finance incl accounting, compliance and audit.

- You have good understanding of business operations preferably from related industry/ manufacturing industry.

- You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
