JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position Title Business Controller

Grade / Level: M4/Manager Division / Department Finance

Location: Lanjigarh

1. JOB PURPOSE The job will be responsible for overseeing the business & financial operations of the organization.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving strategic initiatives for commodity procurement & BP target delivery.

- Leading cost saving driver for Spares & Service contracts.

- Adherence to commercial coordinal principles & governance.

- Ensuring optimum inventory of commodity and spares & analytical review of consumption. Driving leakages and identification & mitigation of contractual risk.

- Monthly closure of Books of Accounts & ensuring ideal GWC.

- Ensuring scrap hygiene compliance in the plant CFO Dy.

- CFO Business Controller2 Sensitivity: Public (C4) Co-ordination with MAS & Statutory auditors and ensuring NIL Qualification & getting issues closed.

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

- CA with 10-12 years of relevant experience.

- All CA exams should be completed in the first attempt.

- Problem solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Profound analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong Business Acumen and disruptive thinking
