Business Continuity Planning Mgr - BFSI

Currently working on a profile for a manager (BCP) for a leading finance organisation.

Job Profile:

- Develop function level BCP plan.

- Ensure a high degree of preparedness on BCP across all functions.

- Ensure timely resolution of all identified Preventive & Corrective Action Plan.

- Facilitate in embedding Business Continuity Planning in the Organization’s culture.

- Develop system for managing the BCP requirement.

- Ensure compliance to activities mentioned in BCP Calendar.

- Ensure Green Rating in Scorecard & BCP Audits.

- Timely report to the BCP Committee to update them on BCP compliance.
