Consulting for Theme parks, Amusement parks, Water parks etc.
Experience- 8-16 yrs
Location- Chennai preferred (other locations are also available if profile is strong in domain)
Skills required:
Knowledge or practice of a majority subset of the following:
- Theme Parks domain
- Resorts and Facility Management
- Student / Visitors accommodation Management
- Business Intelligence and Analytics applications in the Entertainment industry
- Social media as applied to the Entertainment industry
- Agile Software Development exposure
- The ability to manage teams of consultants and work with cross functional and client facing teams within an on/off-shore model
- Exposure to project management activities: project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation, including ensuring delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budgets
- Knowledge of process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solution offerings
- Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
- Creating/authoring industry whitepapers. Has attended industry conferences, forums, blogs and other vehicles of interacting with industry - players-
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to perform in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Solutions Selling, Strategic Selling, or any other selling methodology
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements delivering billable client work as per project requirements
- Create new offerings and develop reusable consulting methodologies and tools
- Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and strengthen industry expertise
- Help build onshore/offshore experienced consulting teams
- Mentor and develop junior level consultants to improve quality of engagements and strengthen the overall practice
- Identify and drive business development activities for consulting engagements
- Support pre-sales activities such as proposal/SOW writing, client presentations
- Identify up-selling opportunities within current clients and continue to build relationships and drive value within existing accounts
- Develop domain capabilities among project team and create required learning materials
