Provides comprehensive, end-to-end new-generation IT systems to the global aviation industry across all process areas - airline passenger services, cargo operations, flight and crew operations, airport operations and aircraft maintenance engineering

Key Skills : Business Analysis, Good command over English language, Requirement Analysis, Good communication skills

- Extensive knowledge and experience of business processes in the travel product contracting / distribution/ selling domain. Preferable areas of competencies are Travel e-Commerce engines/ IBE with knowledge across products such as Air, Hotels, Holidays, Tours products, Cruise, events & activities etc.

- Additional knowledge of the entire workflow of Travel e-Commerce systems including CRM, Mid-Office, and Payment process and post sales fulfillment will be added advantage.

- Experience in product functional design

- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, should be able to completely and correctly document the business process flows in the domain of ones- experience.

- Should have experience in preparing requirements specifications in IT industry. hands on experience in creating BRD, SUC, Domain Model, UML, Wireframes

- Should be able to independently lead functional solutioning for designated customer(s).,
