Experience: Post MBA 4-10 yrs

Qualification: Regular MBA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Delivery:

- Improving profitability (e.g., RoA strategies)

- Expanding branches or launching new products

- Cost-cutting initiatives

- Risk management strategies

- Valuation support (e.g., for M&A or funding)

2. Proof of Concepts & Use Case Definition:

- Develop PoCs to show how a new idea, model, or tool would work in real life.

- Help define practical use cases for technologies or strategies tailored to the needs of Financial

Services

3. Business Development Support:

Assist in preparing:

- RFPs (Requests for Proposals) formal documents for pitching services.

- Client proposals presentations/notes detailing your offerings, value-add, approach, pricing, etc.

4. Strategy Support with Senior:

Collaborate with senior members on:

- Go-to-market strategies for launching new financial products or services.

- Branch expansion strategies.

- Opportunity sizing estimating market potential or untapped revenue.

- Implementation plans ensuring ideas can be practically rolled out.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

- Build analytical frameworks ways to structure and analyze data to get insights.

- Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly tell the story behind data and strategies to clients.
