Manager - Business Communication

Responsibilities will largely be:

Marketing Communication:

- Communicate major business launches and updates to sellers

- Directly responsible for the adoption of business metrics via campaigns.

- Effectively use digital and offline channels for the campaigns

- Analytical approach towards improving campaign metrics.

- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives

- Targeting sellers effectively to drive business metrics.

- Optimise on CTRs, open rate and other conversion metrics.

Analytics and CRM :

- This role requires strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills. A candidate for the position must demonstrate a substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing.

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Filter and - clean- data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

- Responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis.

- This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
