Business Enablement Shared Services is a driving force behind the firm's globalization - currently incorporating Procurement, HR Services, Global Shared Services and Program Execution Services– it aims to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value and is at the core of the company's most notable transformation projects.

To enable the successful execution of these priority projects, the company has established an in-house global advisory team – Program Execution Services (PES).

As a team of experienced consulting professionals, who operate with a global mindset, we have the breadth and depth of experience to execute in the areas of Project and Change Management, Process Improvement and Organizational Design.

As a core member within the PES team you will work closely with Project Leaders across the organization to design and implement change management solutions to improve and accelerate the delivery of projects and transformation initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in establishing PES as an enabling capability supporting the firm's globalization agenda.

Accountabilities

- Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables

- Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences

- Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work

- Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and is able to provide insights around hypotheses and solutions

- As a team member, assists in providing smooth delivery of the project/program outcomes

- Acts as a coach to client staff to support embedding capability

- Develops and manages knowledge for use across projects and the company.

Skills requirements

- Manager level - 8 plus years work ex with significant professional experience - of proven project and change management experience

- Proven track record experiencing large scale, complex and significant company projects

- Previous experience leading workstreams and managing project initiatives

- Experience with all aspects of change, e.g. technology, process and organizational change

- Ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change

- Strong project management skills and knowledge

- Ability to build and maintain relationship across many different functions and organization levels

- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience with PMOs

- Good understanding of IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformations

- Understanding of standard project methodologies re project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, implementation and project transition/close

- Experience with process design, including e.g. conducting workshops and interviews

- Good analytical and critical thinking skills

- Ability to establish and maintain credibility and excellent client relationships

- Adds value by delivering work products of the highest quality and is able to proactively overcome issues to ensure delivery

- Demonstrates and understanding of, and sensitivity to stakeholders needs

- Good judgment, tact and decision-making ability

- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

- Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people and different cultures

- Ability to travel, and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours

- Strong MS Office skills

- Ideal candidate would have experienced working with major global corporations on client facing projects on their significant initiatives

- Ideally currently working in either: Big 4, global management consultancy firm or blue chip organization - with an appropriate management consulting background

- No requirement for sector/industry specialization.
