- Liaising with cross functional teams to lead projects on Business Critical metrics
- Creating business dashboards for Business heads
- Understanding business problems and liaising with analytics to structure and solve
- Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions.
- Co-ordinating and driving end-to-end cross-functional projects in collaboration with business stakeholders centrally and across markets.
- Establishing processes for customer communication and measure the effectiveness of the same Identifying & tracking metrics to evaluate customer experience and facilitating data collation for the same
- Defining & Tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of the business
