Business Analytics - SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)
Key Responsibilities :
- Map SFE journey for sales process in individual markets and identify initiatives to drive rep productivity.
- Provide best in class strategic insights that shape/develop the sales strategy
- Drive comprehensive outside-in strategic perspective on doctors, pharmacists, customers, and competitors to direct field force investment in most optimal manner.
- Integrate research, intelligence, analytics and intuition to generate insights that enable fact based decision making.
- Work closely with country sales, marketing and IT teams to develop robust and cost effective initiatives for sales force excellence. Provide appropriate direction for effective implementation of planned sales strategy and initiatives.
- Develops a performance matrix /KPIs to measure impact, reports results, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Training and development of country sales / marketing teams on new SFE initiatives
- Working with global consultants to develop new SFE initiatives and implementation process for Emerging markets
Required Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in SFE, either through consulting in SFE or through experience in life sciences and pharmaceuticals industry
- Analytical background in roles with high data analytics requirements
