Yrs of Experience: Min 5 Yrs.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Conduct pricing analysis and provide valuable insights.
- Perform inventory analysis and offer actionable recommendations.
- Investigate and identify root causes of variances from the budget/standard.
- Analyse gross margins, both customer-wise and SKU-wise.
- Review the performance of various business units.
- Consolidate and prepare the annual operating plan, including presentations.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports to drive informed decision-making
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop. innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively to reach mutually acceptable solutions.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in using relevant software tools.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Outstanding planning, organizational, and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Track record of successfully leading and supporting the execution of various high level projects
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Process Improvement and knowledge in generating process documentation
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Analyse data generated from MIS to gain deeper insights into sales and profitability patterns.
