As a part of their constant innovations and strategic initiatives, they require seasoned and bright professionals to join their Business analytics division.

Job Description - Reporting to the director and handling a team of three, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Lead the design, development and deployment of best practice analytics including insight, predictive models, segmentation and triggers.

- Interact with the global business leaders of the bank and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems through statistical methods.

- Application of very strong data analytics to address problems of their various line of businesses.

The Successful Candidate - You should be a Master's in Engineering/MBA from a premier college with 6-8 years of post qualification work experience. You must possess excellent knowledge of SAS, developing models and generating insights for the business. Ideally you should be working with a leading banking/retail organization. You must have excellent communication skills and executive presence.
