Business Analytics Manager/MIS Manager

Jo Role:

- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.

- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

- Present the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

- Support leadership on Monthly business review, Quarterly board meetings.

- Maintain a large database.

- Consolidation of MIS.

Key Responsibility:

- Experience in ERP system.

- Experience in monitoring MIS deliverables of outsourced/ overseas teams.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint).

- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.

- Collaborates well with colleagues and builds strong working relationships.

- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
