Job Description - Reporting to the director and handling a team of three, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Lead the design, development and deployment of best practice analytics including insight, predictive models, segmentation and triggers.

- Interact with the global business leaders of the bank and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems through statistical methods.

The Successful Candidate -

- You should be a Master's in Engineering/MBA from a premier college with 5-8 years of post qualification work experience.

- You must possess excellent knowledge of SAS, developing models and generating insights for the business.

- Ideally you should be working with a leading banking/retail organisation.

- You must have excellent communication skills and executive presence.
