We are looking for Business Analyst who has real-time experience in the Indian Wealth Management or Financial Services domain to join our digital transformation team. He/she should be well versed with and have complete understanding of SDLC.

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a key team member of the Digital Transformation Team at Epsilon Money. The Business Analyst role provides an essential link between internal and external stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities will be:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements/use cases.

- Analyze and convert the requirements into detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD)

- Creating user journeys, functional flows, mapping information and impact analysis

- Coordinate with designer and development team to explain the requirements.

- Take ownership and work on test cases to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the developed solution.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- 3-4 years of experience with master's degree (MBA - Finance / Engineering degree is a plus)

- Similar experience in Indian Wealth management domain or Financial Services sector is preferred.

- Significant experience in creating requirements specifications, process models and business rules for Wealthtech/Fintech solutions.

- End to end experience of the project lifecycle along with testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations.

- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and having basic technical knowledge.

- Understanding of API integration is must

- Should have problem solving approach

- Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint etc. for preparation of solution flows.

- Good articulation and presentation skill

- Hands-on in using SQL/ MS excel for data analysis and exposure to database structure is a huge plus.
