Business Analyst - VAS - Telecom

We are looking for Business Analytst(VAS)

- Work with stakeholders for requirement elicitation and defining a simplified customer journey.

- End to end ownership of the solution and changes done as part of product enhancements or change requests, including features, APIs, DB structure etc.

- Leading Product innovation and roadmap enhancement.

- Collaborate with the functional teams to deliver the integration platform services around the EVD ecosystem.

- Engage with the business teams and partners, in understanding the integration requirements and drive it, end to end, in fast-paced environment

- Work closely with Partner(s) and internal Security assessment team, for getting the Integrations assessed and compliant based on the security policies.

- Drive teams and individuals + vendors in planning and executing of releases, and work backlogs for the Integration progress

- Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths

- Work closely with the engineering team and contribute to the integrations engineering roadmap.

- Publish the weekly/fortnightly/monthly Integration progress reports with the stakeholders.

- Own complete troubleshooting & resolution of issues which may span across various verticals and require cooperation with other functions

- Provide in depth application support, having indepth knowledge.

- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems

- Act as a technical resource for internal and external projects

- Utilize and contribute to robust procedures and processes within the Money Ops team

Competencies

- Overall 10-12 yrs of experience working with Electronic recharge systems ecosystem in IT domain(recharges, loans, commissions, reporting)

- 5-7 years of full-time project management experience within an engineering or technical team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex/concurrent projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth

- Experience in managing all phases of end-to-end Integrations project(s)

- Hands-on software integration using APIs & JIRA experience

- Self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and maintains positive attitude.

- Establish and maintain productive relationships internally & externally.

- Work independently or as a team player in a team setup.

- Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Extensive technical problem solving and debugging skills

- Should have hands on experience on Linux platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).

- Should have worked with any RDBMS. Strong experience with SQL

- Good understanding of Telecom domain and networks

- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management

- Experience with working in an ITIL framework

- Strong familiarity with JIRA, Confluence

- Experience with Logs monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana or an equivalent.

- Knowledge in micro-service architecture and deployments.
