Job Description:
Business Analyst for Treasury Risk product/solution implementations.
- Coordination with various departments, users, product teams, and support teams like Operations, IT, and Vendors for requirement gatherings, enhancements, etc.
- Evaluation of systems
- Analysis of new requirements and translation of the same to Requirement Specification Document.
- Preparation of Requirement documents, test plans, and incident reporting.
- Carrying out testing for the solutions and resolution of issues.
- Thorough analysis of system production issues faced and provide practical solutions
- Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, and enhance the current system to reduce manual intervention.
- User training on system enhancements.
- Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
Job Requirement:
- Business understanding and Implementation experience of Treasury risk (market risk, counterparty risk products are a must)
- Understanding of software development life cycle. Prior experience in dealing with external vendors preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Well-versed with Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Projects, etc.
