Business Analyst - Treasury - BFS

Job Description :

1. Align appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members.

2. Anticipate eventualities, identify potential risks, develop contingency plans and regularly track the same to ensure timely delivery of the project to the customers.

3. Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.

4. Coordinate with HR for recruiting quality technical professionals for the organization.

5. Develop realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates.

6. Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects.

7. Encourage team members to value customers and deliver high quality service.

8. Ensure effective designing, implementation, testing, and documentation.

9. Ensure effective inter and intra-functional coordination and functioning, proactively address all issues.

10. Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources.

11. Evaluate alternative design options and ensure effective database & system designing.

12. Experience in Customer Interface, should be able to interact and build relationships with the customer.

13. Exposure to CMM, Six Sigma and other quality standards.

14. Good Communication Skills.

15. Help team members in laying down their performance plans.

16. Identify development needs of team members and groom them to take on additional responsibilities.
