We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our trading algorithm development team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate should understand the micro structure of the Indian exchanges and also have a very good understanding of execution algorithms

Location: Mumbai

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 4+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of algorithms, machine learning techniques, and statistical methods.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Analyse the execution logic of the existing trading algorithms their execution patterns and insights that can improve the quality of execution.

- Work closely with business, data team and developers to design and implement algorithms that solve complex business problems.

- Monitor algorithm performance and recommend improvements based on business outcomes.

- Create and maintain documentation for algorithms, including design, development, and deployment processes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in algorithmic solutions and data analysis tools.
