Business Analyst to Plant Head

- Responsible for Business policy, Strategy & planning, Budgeting, Plant/ product costing & analysis, operational targets for various functions and variance analysis,

- Basic understanding of P&L Account & BS, good understanding of manufacturing process, maintenance plans/ practices, KPI analysis, performance evaluation, Capex Proposals- Evaluation, ROI/ Payback analysis & monitoring,

- Revenue expenses analysis & monitoring, monitoring RMTL Inventory & planning, High value, critical & insurance stores spares procurement control/ monitoring, monitoring CSR Plans & variances/ monitoring,

- Monitoring statutory compliances of all functions, major PR activities monitoring, Manpower related KPIs analysis,

- Exceptions Report generation for various functions, coordination with various Plant functional heads of Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Commercial, Accounts, PR, CSR, HR & Admin for UHO functioning, etc. as well as cross-units/ functions coordination.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. B.E & MBA with 2 + Years of Experience in the Similar Capacity with a Leading Industrial Conglomerate in a Manufacturing Organisation. The position needs high-level analytical ability techno commercial skills, such as advanced or expert proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary, particularly might be the coordination between the UH, HOD and higher Management.

3. The ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems can help you both.

4. The EA to UH may have allied staff being the executive assistant likely to be expected supervise this staff, so cultivating your leadership skills is helpful.

5. General data keeping, power point presentation, good math skills are often necessary for preparing official work of UH.

6. Should have sound techno commercial analytical ability, inter personal & commercial skill
