What this job involves:
- Follow-ups of deals / revenue / receivables management
- Coordination with support departments (such as HR, Finance, Marcom, Admin, among others) for any query or action to be executed
- Support / coordination on travel arrangements, internal reimbursement claims
- Calendar management
- Close coordination with business heads (for revenue tracking, receivable management, Client meeting request, among other follow-ups)
- SPOC between the firm (includes verticals, business heads) and the MD for any query address, data preparation / submission
- Support to business teams (invoicing, legal team coordination, media announcements, among others)
- Presentation development
- Support on various Adhoc business initiatives and activities (Marketing, Client Pitches and Presentations,among others.
