Business Analyst to COO
Oversee day-to-day co's oprs. Define & implement Opr. Str., structure, & processes. Manage the qtly. & annual budgeting process & P&L res. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues & propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the COO.
- Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with COO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.
- Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serves as a Program Management Champion to help the Business Leadership Team achieve their revenue objectives, in a smart and optimized manner.
- Analyzes Business Metrics, finding glaring gaps, and pointing out to leadership team for Reviews.
Builds Competitive Intelligence data.
- Prepares Presentation to be made to CEO/Board for Monthly/Quarterly Business review Meetings. Prepares and maintains Policy & Process notes (Targets Roadmap, Incentive Policy, PIP Policy, R&R policies).
- Independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the COO.
- Conducts techno-commercial due diligence of vendors and analyzes the project proposals from a techno-commercial angle.
- Works in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery.
- Uses analytical skills and attention to detail in creating reports from data collected from various key stakeholders and presenting it in a format most relevant for the purpose.
Qualification And Experience:
1. B.E & MBA with 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry & Knowledge of Process/ Financial & techno commercial aspects of business.
2. Strong Analytical skills, comfortable with data.
3. Attention to details, able to deep dive and analyze issues and present solutions.
4. Techno commercial skills.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills.
6. Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
7. Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
8. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
