Business Analyst to CEO - Women Fashion Startup

We are a well funded fashion start up in the field of women's fashion. The business is owned by a established 50 year old apparel company. We are looking for young sharp MBA to work with the CEO to incubate the business. CEO is an experienced strategy professional with background in consulting, industry and an IVY league mba. The business includes designing, manufacturing, retail ( through bricks and mortar N digital channel) of women's fashion products.

The role :

- Work on each aspect new business incubation

- Assist CEO in day to day operations and execute specific projects as defined during the set up phase

- Building business plan

- Market research

- Financial modelling

- Operations n supply chain planning n optimization

- Work ahead of operating team to test and incubate new categories, and markets

- Work with operating team to collate n analyze data

- The candidate would be groomed to eventually grow into a business manager role

- Looking for high energy, passion, 24 - 7 people

- Experience in consulting, fashion, retail or start up environment is preferred though not limiting factor for right candidate.

- Should be excited with start up environment and culture.
