Business Analyst to CEO (Planning & Strategy Head)

- Analyze monthly, quarterly & yearly MIS of business and geographic areas.

- Work closely with senior leaders to analyze & interpret business performance from a financial perspective.

- Shift data from MIS & present it from decision-making perspective.

- Analysis & compare business performance on Key parameters of corporate performance.

- Data Mining from external environment on issues relevant to the firm.

- Trend analysis and projections based on current business performance & prospects.

- Benchmark companies & provide insights for improvement.

- Market intelligence & trend spotting.

- Assessment & due diligence of target companies for M&A.

- Support in creation and deployment of strategy.

- Develop & implement management dashboards & business analytics to track corporate performance& strategy implementation.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA Ist Attempt with 3-5 years of experience & with a proven track record in a similar position dealing with high-level executives and officials.

2. Logical and analytical in approach with a problem-solving attitude.

3. Demonstrates high levels of intelligence, a positive attitude, and patience.

4. Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently.

5. The candidate must be proactive, creative, adaptable, and a lifelong learner with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Advanced understanding of project management processes and governance frameworks.

7. Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of motivation and tenacity.

8. Ability to work long hours and adjust to changing schedules.

9. Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

10. Ability to cope with the fluid nature of the role.

11. Proactive in seeking guidance and willing to contribute wherever and whenever asked.
