Job Description :

- Business Analyst is a vital role in any organization to ensure the customer business requirements are fulfilled, customer satisfaction and achieving Company's goals.

- This role is mostly focused to bridge the communication/understanding of a given business requirement to technical capability of the product.

Roles & Responsibility :

As a BA :

- The person must engage with Customer to understand their ecosystem, business needs , their road map and propose appropriate solution to fulfil their business needs and add revenue growth.

- The person should gather the business requirement from customers and translate to technical / functional requirements and share it with product teams.

- The person should be the only channel to be responsible for evaluating the change request, follow CCB process to validate the requirement feasibility and fitment.

- The person shall actively participate in RFP/RFI submissions, technical defence meetings, Customer Demos, Infra sizing, etc.

- The person should support sales and business teams technically to present product capabilities and get customers confidence.

- The person should analyse the RFPs and flow of requirements and work closely with product management and support in backlog grooming.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, IT, CS or equivalent discipline.

Professional Qualifications :

- Should have minimum 5 to 7 years of industry experience and 4-6 years of relevant experience in Telecom domain.

- Good understanding of messaging products and Telco networks.

- Understanding on 3g/g4/5g networks.

- Should have knowledge on the technical aspects of physical, virtual and public cloud sizing.

- Take ownership of the tasks assigned and proactively work to close the scope during project phase.

- Good communication and collaboration skills should be demonstrated during the internal and external stakeholder engagements.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Knowledge & experience of using UML for sequence diagrams & use case creation.

- Proficiency of MS-Office, Visio, JIRA, wire-framing tools like marvel, moqups, Balsamiq.
