Job Description - Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Validate requirements with stakeholders; provide suggestions and recommendations
- Align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with management.
- Proactively identify opportunities and conduct analyses.-
- Architect/Design reports and analysis using Datameer/Tableau
- Develop technical specifications, operational and design documents
- Develop, enhance, integrate Big Data/Interactive Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions
- Document, discuss and resolve business, data and reporting issues within the team, across functional teams, and with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality
- Present written and verbal data analysis findings
- Effectively communicate with many levels of the organization, Leadership, stakeholders/SME, project managers, developers, system architects, quality assurance, operations, etc
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
- Collaborate with business to Investigates non-standard requests and problems
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
- Support in the development of Annual Operating Plan including strategy, Roadmap, Product and Service categorization.
- Drive Innovation and demonstrate Art of the possible to clients leveraging Technology and Analytical solutions.

Qualification - Required Skillset
- Proficient in creating dashboards & Scorecards using Tableau and Excel.
- Proficient in creating data assets using Datameer.
- 3+ Years of Experience in Data analytics and Reporting.
- 3+ Years of Experience in Release Management activities or Project Management activities.
- Experience in waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Must have a strong Interpersonal Skills and confidence to deal with leadership on daily basis.
- Very Strong in Process understanding, metrics definition, metrics implementation and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong Presentation and Excel skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
- Ability to own Issues, Risks and actions to drive them to completion with an emphasis on accuracy of results.
