Job Description :
1. 5 - 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in data/report migration.
2. Good System Testing knowledge. Should have participated in System / UAT during project implementations.
3. Knowledge of various technologies, experience in working with HR applications with a minimum of 2-3 years on SuccessFactors. Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an added bonus.
4. Should have worked on HR implementation projects.
