Business Analyst - Strategy & Business Development - Manufacturing Firm

ROLE OBJECTIVE :

1. Key Responsibilities:

a. Supporting VP Strategy & BD into developing the strategic vision for the business

b. Building macro and micro understanding of the economy, mega trends market, and competitive landscape.

c. Providing business intelligence support in both existing and new businesses

d. Preparing business case for chooses products presentation for same

e. Project feasibility, M&A, business valuations, MIS

f. Assisting in transformation projects - cost and digitalization

2. Add on to above role:

a. Business intelligence

b. Benchmarking

c. Other projects related to change management and cost optimizations

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

- Balance sheet & P&L analysis, strong market research background, exposure to MIS and numerical acumen

- Project feasibility tools like NPV, IRR etc., market sizing and competitor benchmarking

- Effective communicator and proficient in MS Excel and Power Point.

- Conceptualizing the and articulating plans into ideas

- Team player and ability to work in larger group with multiple stakeholders

- Ethical and value driven approach towards work and deliverable
