Job Responsibility:
Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Assist Managing Director in preparing strategic plans for the country, customer tier and technologies.
- Preparing short-term & long-term business growth plans - closely working with business head's core team.
- Work closely and effectively with the Business Head and assist in Business and Strategic Planning across the businesses.
- Assist in Annual Sales and Operations Planning and Business Planning.
- Carry out Profitability Analysis and Simulations.
- Support by providing Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis to aid the business.
Business Evaluation and Progress Monitoring
- Develop and implement MIS to track, monitor and drive plan achievement in the respective period.
- Identify and anticipate issues and constraints in the non-achievement of business plans.
- Establish escalation mechanism to mitigate risks.
- Keep a follow-up on the key Strategic Pursuits and track the progress.
Financial Planning :
- Prepare Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis to support business decisions.
- Work on the Regional Review. Analyze Bookings / KOB3 / Pricing / Win-Loss Ratio / Reach and suggest improvement actions.
- Assist in Monthly Forecast (POR) and Review of all Business.
- Prepare Actionable KPIs and Dashboard to measure the progress of short-term tactical plans.
- Assist in Annual Strategic Planning & Budgeting Process.
- Preparation for Financial Reviews of Managing Director and CFO's office with AP / Global teams.
Marketing
- Support the platform marketing team for Key Strategic Marketing initiatives which involve Managing Director's office.
- Undertake a broad range of assignments to provide in-depth Business Analytics support to understand market dynamics, including identifying trends, competitor's position and emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Data Analysis, MS Excel and preparation of Power Point presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders across levels.
- Interface between the Country Head and Management team.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and within Matrix work environment.
