Business Analyst - SME - Banking Domain

Business Analyst(nCino /SME)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9 - 12 years

MUST-HAVES:

- 8-10 years of Banking Domain experience in the I.T. Industry

- Significant working experience as a Business Analysts in any of the following domains- Commercial Lending, Asset Financing, Leasing & Core Banking

- Experience in nCino as a functional expert or SME is mandatory

Qualifications and Experience:

- 8-10 years of Banking Domain experience in the I.T. Industry

- Significant working experience as a Business Analysts in any of the following domains- Commercial Lending, Asset Financing, Leasing & Core Banking

- Experience in nCino as a functional expert or SME is mandatory

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or another relevant Engineer stream

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM will be preferred

Domain/BA skills

- Must have Strong fundamentals in domain areas - Commercial Lending, Asset Financing, Leasing & Core Banking

- Must have hands on knowledge on nCino product implementation as a functional BA / SME

- Experience in working in client facing role will be highly preferred

- Should have worked on Lending Transformation program

- Understanding and deep domain knowledge on end to end Lending process including Collateral Management, Syndication, pledging, leasing and Covenant management.

- Ability to interact and communicate with client Business Teams independently

- Ability to interact with business/product owners to identify business and functional requirements

- Experience in Agile methodology and working in Scrum team

- Create user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and help create backlog

- Experience in working closely with large team and stakeholders from different background

- Requirement Gathering and functional specs preparation - EPIC, User Stories, Functional Design, Requirements Traceability and Gap Analysis

- Should have worked with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio

- Knowledge of tools and techniques in requirements gathering and requirement elicitation

- Coordinate and Participate in scrum meetings and workshops with stakeholders

- Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
