Digital is an area of critical importance for iGTB. Digital represents the core of the customer experience iGTB enables its clients to present to their Commercial clients, generating a potentially significant component of their revenues. Almost all banks now recognize Digital as a key organisational component and structure themselves to leverage digital capabilities as central to their GTB strategy.

Intellect iGTB is looking for experienced & energetic candidate to join the Digital team and contribute to this growing business.

Experience :

- 12+ years (most recent) in the Banking Industry (preferably Corporate Banking).

- Cumulative 8+ years (most recent) as a Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert / Product Manager in the all segments of the Commercial Digital Channels domain.

- Exposure to overseas (European) banking practices.

- Experience of presenting to senior stakeholders across business & IT

Knowledge of :

- Strong functional expertise in Corporate Banking - especially in Corporate/Commercial Digital Channels, H2H (incl SWIFT)

- The typical components of a bank's organisational design relating to GTB, Channel & Product business.

- Strong understanding of key elements of Channel infrastructures, Architectures and deployment/integration models.

- Industry messaging formats, typically used by Corporates to exchange data with banks (XML, CSV etc)

- The Banks- Corporate client estates, principles of segmentation, sectors, and core understanding of the the differing needs placed upon Digital channel propositions.

Key skills :

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Good at converting research / understanding into a written functional specification document

- Ability to produce excellent quality work under multiple, tight deadlines

- Quick learner with good analytical skills

- Ability to quickly gather requirements on client site and to create Gap Analysis, FDD, IDD plus explore multiple approaches and suggest optimal solutions

- Ability to work under stringent timelines without compromising on quality of work output.

- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills (English). Exceptional presentation skills.

- Good collaboration skills in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

- To keep abreast of product and industry updates (market research) to contribute to product development / enhancement. Analysis of requirements, creating Functional Specification

- Definition of Process flows, User Interface and Reports based on requirements

- Provide functional and domain related inputs for creation of Test scenarios and Test cases

- Review Business Scenarios, Test Scenarios and Test Cases

- Provide content for creation of targeted Demos and Presentations for prospective clients (typically involving PowerPoint)

- Define Use Cases and outline User Journeys for targeted Demos and Presentations to prospective clients

- Participate in delivering demos and requirements discussions with prospective clients

- Provide functional and domain related inputs for creation of responses to RFI/RFPs

- Contribute to driving Digital Channel development roadmap, with structured input based on sound domain & business awareness

- Handle support related queries and solutioning

- Conduct domain and system related training's for various internal and external audiences

- Give presentations to explain to product to various audiences of prospective and existing clients.

Personal Attributes :

- Self driven, passion towards work with ability to acquire knowledge in new areas of banking within a short span of time.

- Team Player with Leadership skills. Should be willing to work in individual capacity on deliverables and lead a team at the same time.

- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Willing to travel to Europe frequently

Experience in APAC, Europe or US geographies preferred

Prior experience in a bank would be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Exposure to Corporate Operations, Product Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Transformation within a corporate bank is preferred.

Work/Job Location : Chennai (frequent European travel)
