Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - Consulting & Technology Services Firm

Hiring for a global consulting and technology services firm focused on digital transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Analysts will

- Understand the requirements thoroughly from Business and articulate it in the Requirements document

- Work closely with Product owners and technical team to define user stories/sprint backlogs

- Prioritise of user stories/features according to business value

- Come up with Use Cases

- Involve in functional testing

Candidates Skills/Experience :

- At least 5+ years- experience in a BA role

- Well versed in Agile methodology

- Experience in backlog story grooming

- Preferably CBAP certified

- Knowledge of Agile, Jira, User Stories

- Must-Have Domain Experience in Wealth Management/Capital Market

- Person must have worked on Trust Accounting Portfolio management System Trading

- Working experience on Mainframe based system

- Thorough understanding of SDLC phases

- Nice to Have Banking Experience

- Good analytical skill

- Excellent communication skills
