Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

The candidate would be expected to perform the below activities

Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges

Act as project team member in identifying and eliciting requirements

Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

Conduct front to back analysis and capture data required for further analysis

Participate in the analysis and planning related to all aspects of the project

Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

Conduct end user acceptance testing and track improvements/ errors/ plan of action

Provide regular updates to the project manager and project team on the progress

Liaise with different teams as required and co- ordinate all activities related to the project

Highlight project risks & issues

Lead testing efforts

Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

Work with the stakeholder to identify required changes

Communicate needed changes to development team

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

The candidate should have exposure to projects in front/ middle/ back office systems including complete understanding of the trade lifecycle including Order Capture, Order Management, Order Routing, Order Executing, Transfer Management, Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Investor Reporting, Cash/Position Reconciliation, Fee Management, Tax Calculations, Regulatory Reporting, Client Reporting, Data Management, Contract Notes

Candidates should have prior experience of client handling and client interaction

Local candidates from Chennai preferred.
