As a Business Consultant, resource will work with the industry's best developers, quality analysts and experienced designers to develop software solutions for our customers on some of the latest technologies.

The Business Consultant will be expected to focus on the following:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Assist senior business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and documentation review.

- Data Analysis: Analyse data within Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making and business value.

- Solution Design Support: Collaborate with senior business analysts/Consultant and Salesforce administrators to translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.

- Documentation: Support the documentation efforts by maintaining records of business requirements, solution designs, Process flow diagrams, and training materials.

- User Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions to end users on Salesforce functionality, new features, and best practices.

- Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for learning and development to enhance knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirement:

- Master/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts and functionalities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e. , Scrum, Jira) is a plus.

- Salesforce certification is plus (e. , Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) is beneficial but not mandatory
