Location - Faridabad, Haryana/Kolkata Responsibilities:- - Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business data, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational performance. - Collaborate with the Finance Head and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and define project objectives. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals. - Interpret data findings and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency. - Support the Finance Head in developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing budget forecasts. - Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation. Requirements:- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience of 1-5 yrs as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Understanding of financial principles, performance metrics is a good to have. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
