Business Analyst - Retail/Financial Firm

The role is responsible for finalise the "Funtional Specification Document" based on stakeholder's requirements, evaluate the new technology options & ensure the timely completion of required development through internal/ external IT development team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate the different technology options available in the market. This involves comparing features, benefits, and costs, and making recommendations based on the specific needs of the retail system.

- Understanding and analyzing the business requirements for various retail systems-POS,Customer Order Management ,customer relationship management, Gold Scheme System (GHS System), Jewellery Service Team etc.

- Drafting "Funtional Specification Document" based on the inputs of end users -Retail ,Commercial & other teams

- Conducting rigorous testing to identify and fix any bugs or issues in the retail system functionalities. This ensures the system operates smoothly and meets the business needs.

- Collaborating with other departments and teams, such as database administrators, network administrators, and software architects, to integrate the retail system functionalities with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow.
