Business Analyst - Retail/eCommerce Domain

Will be responsible for - 

- Propose ideas that are of added value to the business / domain

- Work with business to continuously understand the challenges and objectives in the current operating model

- Analyze, model and describe the requirements of the business for a solution

- Map out, structure and set-out priorities towards To-Be business requirements.

- Analyze and model AS-IS processes

- Identify and analyses process improvements with business requirements

Desired profile

- 6 years of experience as Business analyst with at least 7+ years of industry experience

- Proficiency in requirements elicitation practices including interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, user stories, role playing and prototyping

- Experience in conceptualizing and building business cases looking at risks and opportunities

In collaboration with business teams, business architects and developers, you guide the discussions to define the IT solutions and processes (developed in-house or software package implementations) that can be implemented and offer them to the business, your internal client. In addition, you always adopt a long-term vision.
