Responsibilities :
- Proven experience of working in complex Digital Banking Transformation program and Agile ways of working.
- Strong experience in eliciting and analysing requirements and business cases, defining workflows, requirement traceability matrix and specifications
- Support the end-to-end digital process with IT Team, SMEs, Architects, and others to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
- Experience of working with a recognised Agile or Iterative development methodology
- Excellent communications skills and experienced in managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing artefacts.
