Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for providing Functional expertise for Retail Banking and Digital Banking product suite. The incumbent would ideally be a Banker in his earlier career and is expected to provide Subject Matter expertise within Retail and Digital Banking.

The incumbent must have experience and appreciation of changing trends. It would be very important to adapt to the new trends and provide solutions that suit the customers- future-looking needs. This will not only help in consolidating relationships for the current business, it would also help in opening up new avenues as well.

- 8-15 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong experience in Banking and ability to hold serious conversations with CXOs at various Banks,

- Prior experience of having worked in a leadership role with a Bank,

- Would prefer prior experience as a Business Analyst with Retail Banking / Digital Banking experience,

- An understanding and appreciation of the digital marketplace business model would help,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action,

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions,

- Ability to come up with solutions that would reduce cycle-times drastically,

- Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth and modify one's approach according to the need.
