Business Analyst - Retail Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Retail Analytics to support data-driven decision-making and insights generation for the business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, enabling the development of impactful dashboards and reports that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Analytics: Analyze sales, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support strategic decision-making.

- SQL & Data Extraction: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

- Insights Generation: Provide actionable insights by interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to support business initiatives.
