Business Analyst - Real Estate Finance

Business Analyst (Real Estate) will be responsible for supporting all transactional work and performing all financial analysis pertaining to various aspects of the business including real estate acquisition/expansion.

The Analyst position is responsible for all market research and business analytics working closely with the leadership team. The role requires a deep understanding of deal economics and real estate portfolio management.

Accountable for:

- Market research for new and existing markets

- Deal underwriting, benchmarking and overall pipeline/portfolio analytics

- Creating and maintaining Market Playbooks, Deal Memos and other presentation material required for investment committee and executive approval

- Supporting and maintaining systems for regional portfolio management

Capabilities:

- 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in RE Finance

- Preferably MBA Finance from Prestigious institutes / CA / other relevant qualification

- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and market research

- Strong understanding of residential real estate industry

- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written

- Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction

- Reliable, focused and detail-oriented

- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines

- Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
