General Skills:

- Understanding of balance sheet (preferably) or inclination to learn the business and finance to contribute further

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Experience in Commercial Bank (preferably) or one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc.)

Communication Skills:

- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication (verbal and written), and team skills

- Ability to adapt to short and long term business requirements

- Information systems proficiency

- Demonstrated sense of urgency and follow through

- Demonstrated ability to interface with a high level of management

- Proven ability to coach, train and develop others

- Passion for continuous improvement

Technical Skills:

- Excellent excel skills with knowledge of VBA

- Experience with R or SAS/SQL

- PowerPoint/presentation skills
