Business Analyst - Python & R

Role & Responsibilities Overview

- Create data-driven analysis and intelligence reports that affect business decisions

- Data extraction/analysis using R, Python

- Take a 360-degree view of business challenges and accordingly form an analysis

- To understand, interpret and analyse data to enable data-driven decision making

- Find insights through various statistical approaches to tackle the business problem at hand

- Critically examine data and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Qualification and Experience

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, MBA

- Candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply

- 5 years experience in core analytics role

- Strong and in-depth understanding of statistical concepts, data analysis and consulting

- Experience in data extraction/mining and data analytics using R, Python

- Prior experience in managing and delivering on end-to-end projects

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges

- Able to understand cross cultural differences and work with clients across the globe
