Business Analyst Projects & UAT

- Strong knowledge of New Business & Policy servicing process.

- UAT testing expertise, BRD preparation and review the process flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Weightage :

- Resource hiring, Team handling and Training

- BRD Preparing, reviewing and discussing with IT.

- Project planning, execution and Maintenance.

- Co-ordinating with Business for process signoff and UAT

INTERACTIONS :

Internal Relations : Stake holder management- IT team and Business team.

External Relations : Vendor Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :

Educational Qualifications : Graduate

Work Experience : 8 yrs + in Project Management with experience of team handling in Insurance domain.

- Experience in New Business or Policy servicing line functioning having strong domain knowledge of Insurance will be an advantage

Other skill set :

- BRD preparation.

- Vendor Management & Team Management

- Performing Checker activity.

- Project management skillsets
