Business Analyst/Project Manager - Investment Bank

Hiring for a leading Investment Bank.

Looking for candidates with below experience;

1) Experience in change management or transformation projects

2) Experience in end to end project management or business analysis

3) Should have worked for retail banking domain.

4) Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertis.

5) Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant and/or project manage.

6) Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environments.

7) Hands on experience in writing userstories, UAT, testcasesetc.

- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems

- Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills

- Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
