Business Analyst/ Project Manager in Insurance
Key responsibilities:
- Work with SMEs to understand the processes and gather business requirements
- Provide with gap analysis of current and future state, analyses data to facilitate informed decision making
- Be responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to implementation
- Plan project milestones, resource, and budget with Leads
- Work with different stakeholders to solution country specific requirements
- Align company organizational structure to achieve strategic objectives including identification of internal capabilities to be developed or strengthened
- Identify any project risk and impacts, provide recommendations to mitigate or manage
- Planning and executing UAT, migration, change management
- Resolve any escalated issues with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the project deliverables to meet the objectives
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with relevant stakeholders to influence and achieve business objectives
- Excellent stakeholders' management and well equip with soft influencing skills to drive for effective solutions to meet the aggressive deadline.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of total experience (at least 4+ years as a BA/PM in the Insurance domain - Life Insurance or General Insurance)
- Previous experience working in large/complex transformation projects in Banking or Insurance Industry
- Proven record of stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
- Knowledge of high-level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/ design and high-level functional systems design (for example, use cases)
- Hands-on attitude, being able to cope with a wide range of different requirements and projects aspects including data migration, process streamline, finance, pricing, products, vendor, and infrastructure.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)/PG
- Must have experience in Agile/ Scrum
- Must have extensive financial services domain experience
- Manage Large scale digital transformation (Process digitization/ migration, Operating transformation, Implementation of Digital initiatives, etc.)
- Experience in Benefit tracking, Stakeholder mgmt., Resource mgmt., Project planning, business case development
- Knowledge of high-level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/ design and high-level functional systems design (for example, use cases)
- Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, CSM, SAFe, Prince 2, PMP
