Looking for Candidates with below experience :

- Experience in Digital Transformation in banking and finance domain.

- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle

- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.

- Strong experience in Agile, Jira and Confluence.

- In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects.

- Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realisation

Qualifications and Accreditations :

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Expected to work towards qualification - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

- Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field - Differentiator

- Degree in business administration / management / economics, engineering and science - Differentiator
