Requisite for Business Analyst:

- Good track record of fostering and maintaining best practice solutions and tools to improve / optimise work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, simplify complex processes and maximise own productivity.

- Experience of validating and prioritising business requirements.

- Exp in conducting workshops

- Exp in user story boarding

- Global Exp

- Proficiency in Change Management methodology.

Requisites for Project Manager:

- PMP/Scrum certification

- Agile Methodology

- Exp working in Large Scale Transformations

- Exp working in Global Environment

- Well versed in Banking Domain
