1. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
2. Analyze impact of proposed solution, contribute to Business and process reviews during design reviews
3. Coordinate with Technology partner, vendor, compliance , risk and operations teams
4. Translates conceptual customer requirements into requirement document-BRD in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
5. Be part of evaluation teams for various 3rd party tools and systems that may be adopted (to attend vendor demos, etc.,)
6. Collect/ study business requirements, document the requirements (use case diagrams/ context diagrams, etc.), ability to conduct user meetings/workshops, analyze the existing systems and elicit requirements
7. Using standard templates and natural language to develop standard operating procedure requirement specifications.
8. Ensure quality testing and proper user training. Ensure that the solutions deployed are robust scalable and no performance issues post deployment.
9. Manage any critical issues that may come up in the day to day working.
10. Track project/Product status and highlight any delays or road blockers
11. Involvement in End to End Delivery of project. Ensuring Highest uptime of applications/Products.
12. Will act as SPOC for all requirements pertaining to IT Related applications
13. Responsible for creating analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects.
